Balanced Bubs supports the emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing of children and their families through counselling, yoga & movement, and child safety education.
Created and run by Laura Pitt — counsellor, wellness facilitator and safeguarding specialist — Balanced Bubs offers nurturing programs and workshops that build resilience, connection and calm.
From trauma-aware yoga to wellbeing workshops and one-on-one support, we create spaces where little ones (and the grown-ups around them) can feel seen, supported and safe.
