I’m Laura — founder and heart behind Balanced Bubs. For many years, I was the director of an early education setting, where I saw firsthand the growing need for holistic wellness support for children. This inspired me to step into a new path after experiencing my own life-changing journey with holistic wellness.
With a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, specialised trauma-informed training, and my counselling qualification, I’ve dedicated over a decade to supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and resilience. I’m also the Head of Wellbeing and Safeguarding at an education organisation, which deepens my commitment to creating safe, nurturing spaces.
I believe every child deserves to feel truly seen, heard, and protected. This belief guides everything I do, whether working directly with children or supporting families and organisations.
Using trauma-informed approaches alongside yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and wellbeing workshops, I support children in gently building emotional strength, calm, and resilience — always in ways that honour their individual needs and pace.
My passion for child safety and emotional wellbeing runs deep. I’m dedicated to empowering families and organisations with practical tools and knowledge, so they feel confident and compassionate in nurturing children’s wellness — with kindness and respect as the foundation.
When I’m not working, I love being in nature, running, and moving my body in healing, joyful ways — practices that inspire the heart of my work every day.
