I’m Laura, founder and heart behind Balanced Bubs. After many years as a director in early education, I witnessed firsthand the growing need for holistic wellness support for children. My own life-changing journey with holistic wellbeing inspired me to follow this path.
With a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, specialised trauma-informed training, and a Diploma in Counselling, I’ve spent over a decade supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and resilience.
I believe every child deserves to be seen, heard, and protected. This guides everything I do — whether working directly with children, supporting families, or consulting with organisations on child safety and wellbeing.
Through trauma-informed approaches, alongside yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and wellbeing workshops, I help children build emotional strength, calm, and resilience in ways that honour their individual needs and pace. I also empower families and organisations with practical tools and knowledge, so they can confidently nurture children’s wellness with kindness and respect.
Outside of work, I love being in nature, running, and moving my body in joyful, healing ways — practices that continue to inspire the heart of my work.
